Views from Hanover Tower Block ~ Part 1

It's a Beautiful Day!

In the Summer of 2014 we had the idea ‘wouldn’t it be great if we could go up all the high buildings that look down into Broomhall and take images of the area?’. Alas the Hallamshire Hospital and the University wouldn’t give us permission so we happily settled for a day going up the West One building on Devonshire Green and St Mark’s church tower, Broomhill (we will post our images from this day on our site soon).

The following month Sheffield City Council then agreed that we could go up to the top of the Hanover tower block. Kevin, their health and safety officer kindly accompanied us. For the few hours we were up there the weather was perfect – pleasantly warm and enough clouds in the blue sky to make the pictures and filming interesting!
