Road Resurfacing in Broomhall

Summer 2014

In the summer of 2014 Broomhall was one of the first areas of Sheffield that were lucky enough to have their roads re-surfaced as part of the roll out across the city by Amey, under contract from Sheffield city council.

We jumped at the chance to record some of the process and especially loved being able to see some of the cobbled roads exposed once the top layers where scraped off before re-surfacing.
